Hi Bussiere,

Thanks for the email. I should have a comic on it sometime in the upcoming months, so keep checking back for it. There are a couple of comics I've done about it but I'll take it the question on again. It seems to be a common enough problem that needs readdressing from time to time. For right now the best way to forget your ex is to either (1) suffer a bout of amnesia, (2) have the neural connections holding memories of your ex severed, (3) implant false memories of your ex, replacing their face and identity with a celebrity of some sort, or (4) Move far away, change your identity, and become a completely different person with a clean slate. Actually, forgetting an ex is pretty hard thing to do. If you're lucky enough to find someone else who is your ex's better in every way, then that makes forgetting them much easier. If not, then focus on work or school or hobbies. It gets your mind off of pining for a while...well, unless you're a poet or lovesick cartoonist. Then you can make a semi-carreer out of pining. Anyway, I wish you luck with forgetting your former love and I hope you find something or someone who will help their memories fade a bit faster. Just out of curiousity, could you tell me where you're writing from? I like to know where people read the comic. Thank you again for the email. Take care.
