je suis en dilemne dans la tete...
Une des filles du boulot a trouve un nouvel emploi a l'uni, ce qui crée donc une place libre.
Elle s'occupait des clubs internationaux des anciens étudiants.
moi ce que je veux c'est gérer le Travel Program mais pour le moment, seul, ca ne necessite pas un emploi.
Apres moultes conversations, il semble que je serais a meme de gerer les qlq club internationaux et le travel program (quand on fait voyager des gens on essaye de les mettre en contact avec les anciens locaux)

un job parfait pour moi... je commence a avoir l'expérience nécessaire en cet étrange profession qu'est le recrutement de bénévoles et le management des relationships.
Sauf que le poste est a un niveau trop élevé pour moi maintenant. accounting dans des monnaies etrangeres je peux...mais J'ai 0 xp en manager. je suis en niveau 8 et c'est un niveau 10.
Sauf que Judy est pas super chaude a ce que je ne sois plus la pour la seconder 'guilt trip façon 'oh je sais que tu n'aimes pas travailler avec moi" et ce matin elle m'a dit que de toute façon si ils ne trouvaient personnes pour le poste, ils ne descendraient pas leurs attente.

donc je ne sais pas quoi faire... est-ce que ca vaut le coup ou non... Judy m'a demande ce matin quel serait mon dreamjob, j'ai pas ose repondre 'pas travailler'

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Associate Director of Regional Programs is an important professional level staff position within the Alumni Relations program team at Carnegie Mellon University and will be expected to develop, manage and execute the following responsibilities: Responsible for helping to build, guide and manage international regional alumni chapter programs and alumni relations activities with the goal of facilitating active alumni participation around the world. Recruits, manages and supports alumni volunteers in international leadership positions. Develops international programming to foster awareness of Carnegie Mellon and its alumni network. Works with on-campus partners to identify appropriate faculty, staff and student programs for appropriate alumni constituencies and organizations. Partners closely with University Advancement partners for informed strategy development and parallel success. Manages online and database tracking of event registrants, attendees, and finances. Maintains reporting tools to provide accurate and timely information to Alumni Relations staff and volunteers. Manages Regions Team in director’s absence. Assists with staffing of Alumni Association Board. Assists in staffing of Homecoming and Spring Carnival, Commencement, Family Weekend, Orientation, volunteer weekends, and other university events. This position is located in downtown Pittsburgh, 6 PPG Place.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Four (4) or more years of related experience with emphasis on recruiting, motivating, managing key alumni volunteers; planning and executing all aspects of international regional events; developing and managing project budgets in foreign currencies; has traveled internationally. Excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills; ability to proactively develop cooperative relationships with key senior staff members, colleagues, alumni, faculty, students and volunteers; good organizational skills; ability to complete multiple projects within competing, specified deadlines; demonstrated ability to work well independently as well as within a team. May require supervisory skills. Ability to adapt and relate to different cultures throughout of many countries.

Normally sedentary with some mobility; i.e., able to travel to other campus locations; may require some bending, stretching, pushing as well as lifting of several reams of paper, etc.; ability to travel internationally on long flights and to be away from home for several weeks at a time. Exposed to all campus office environments, including extreme hot and cold temperatures and inclement weather for indoor and outdoor university events. May require some bending, stretching, pushing, as well as occasional lifting. Ability to work under pressure; pay attention to detail; meet inflexible deadlines; deal with difficult situations while maintaining composure; work independently and in small teams; make oral presentations for large and small groups. Good sense of humor is required.

Frequent travel to staff events and recruit, train and steward volunteers required. Evening and weekend work required. Several international trips of at least two-week length per year. Adapting to different time zones and cultural work environments when meeting with and talking to alumni in other countries and while at the Pittsburgh office.
