Microsoft a créé un plugin encarta pour MSN.
Dasn les faits on rajoute une addresse en contact (encarta@conversagent.com) et on peut ensuite poser des questions au bot.

C'est intéressant sur le principe.
Maintenant j'ai fait un seul test :
