Provide marketing and administrative support to the global Marketing & Sales group. Support includes organization of marketing related events (e.g. customer events, trade shows, training courses), travel arrangements, various forms of internal and external correspondence across regions (e.g. presentations, website), cost center monitoring and reporting, as well as information management (e.g. market intelligence, customer profiles).
Req'd Skills/Experience/Education: Demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and business writing). Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously (workflow organization) with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively in a diverse and international team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access) and Lotus Notes. Fast learning of other software tools (e.g. COGNOS, SAP) as needed.
Desired Skills/Experience/Education: Professional experience in marketing or marketing related positions especially with regards to organization of events. German language skills.
